The VoIP Fail feature will automatically forward your calls to a pre-designated number, in the event you experience an internet or power outage.
As long as your ATA (or IP phone/softphone) device is connected and online, calls will route normally.
But when you device is offline, calls will be forwarded to the VoIP Fail number you defined.
