VoIP Much™ USA has implemented a Fair Usage Policy to ensure the continued low rates for all customers.
We reserve the right to offer you an alternate service plan, suspend or terminate services, if at any time we deem your usage to exceed normal residential use or fair usage limits.
In addition, you may be required to pay business service plan rates, if your usage to exceed normal residential use or fair usage allowance.
Residential Fair Usage Allowance
All outbound calls except those to other VoIP Much™ customers and locations defined within the VoIP Much™ True Unlimited US Calling Area are subject to a limit of 2000 minutes each month. As a fraud and security measure, calls exceeding 3 hours in length may be subject to disconnection.
The use of predictive or auto dialers, or Call Center traffic on VoIp Much™ residential lines is strickly prohibited.
Business Fair Usage Allowance
All outbound calls except those to other VoIP Much™ customers and locations defined within the VoIP Much™ True Unlimited US Calling Area are subject to a limit of 3500 minutes each month. As a fraud and security measure, calls exceeding 4 hours in length may be subject to disconnection.
The use of predictive or auto dialers, or Call Center traffic on VoIP Much™ business phone lines is strickly prohibited. Business customers are welcome to purchase SIP Trunks, designed specifically for this type of high-volume traffic. Contact us for more details.
